Accessibility Statement
Effective June 2026
This Statement applies to the D.O.X Capital public website and digital service surfaces.
1. Commitment
D.O.X Capital is committed to providing meaningful access to its website, information, communications, and services for people with disabilities. Accessibility is an ongoing process involving design, development, content, procurement, testing, support, and remediation.
2. Engineering target
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as an engineering target. This is a target and does not represent that WCAG 2.2 AA is the universal statutory standard for every private business or that every page is error-free or fully accessible. Applicable legal obligations depend on the entity, service, jurisdiction, and public access.
3. Scope
The accessibility program covers public pages, navigation, registration, authentication, applications, membership, checkout, scheduling, forms, uploads, privacy choices, cancellation, legal pages, emails, downloadable files, and supported third-party tools.
4. Measures
Measures include semantic structure, keyboard operation, visible focus, meaningful names and labels, error identification, color contrast, reflow and zoom, reduced-motion support, captions or transcripts where appropriate, accessible documents, and review of third-party components. Automated checks supplement rather than replace manual keyboard and assistive-technology testing.
5. Known limitations
Some content may have known limitations. For each, we maintain an owner, user impact, workaround, target date, and retest evidence, and we will not hide a critical barrier behind a generic statement. A barrier that prevents an essential flow should block launch until repaired or an effective equivalent route exists.
6. Third-party content and PDFs
Some third-party tools or legacy documents may be outside our direct control, but we evaluate them and seek accessible alternatives or remediation. HTML remains the primary accessible form for legal notices. PDFs should include tagged headings, lists, language, logical reading order, bookmarks, links, embedded fonts, and meaningful descriptions where applicable.
7. Requesting assistance
If you encounter a barrier or need information, a service, or an accommodation in an alternative format, contact admin@thedoxs.com. Describe the page or process, the barrier, the format or assistance requested, and the assistive technology if you choose. Do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.
8. Response and effective communication
We aim to acknowledge requests within five (5) business days and will work to provide effective communication or a reasonable alternative. Timing depends on urgency and complexity. Available alternatives may include telephone assistance, accessible documents, captions, interpreter coordination, alternate scheduling or payment routes, or human assistance. This is a process commitment, not a guarantee that every request can be met exactly as proposed.
9. Privacy and non-retaliation
Accessibility-request information is used to evaluate and fulfill the request, improve accessibility, document compliance, and address disputes, under the Privacy Policy and retention schedule. D.O.X Capital will not retaliate or discriminate against a person for requesting an accommodation or reporting a barrier.
10. Feedback and escalation
Unresolved accessibility concerns may be escalated by contacting admin@thedoxs.com. We track the report, severity, reproduction steps, platform, owner, workaround, resolution date, and retest, and update this Statement when the scope, contacts, standards target, or significant limitations change.
Contact
For accessibility feedback or accommodation requests, contact D.O.X Capital at admin@thedoxs.com. Do not use a support channel for emergencies.
