Financial, Securities & Tax Disclaimer; No Guarantee
Effective June 2026
This Disclaimer applies wherever D.O.X Capital discusses institutional funding, lenders, capital, financial narratives, credit, entity structuring, taxes, securities, projections, or economic results.
1. Consulting boundary
Unless verified licenses and a signed engagement state otherwise, D.O.X Capital provides business consulting only. It is not acting as a bank, lender, loan broker, mortgage broker, securities broker-dealer, placement agent, investment adviser, municipal adviser, tax adviser, accountant, credit-repair organization, debt-relief provider, insurance producer, or fiduciary.
2. No offer or solicitation
Website material and general communications are not an offer to make a loan, sell or buy a security, arrange a securities transaction, provide an investment advisory service, or solicit an investment. Any lawful transaction must be offered by an appropriately authorized party under separate documents and required disclosures.
3. No funding or approval guarantee
D.O.X Capital does not guarantee eligibility, introduction, underwriting, approval, closing, funding amount, interest rate, term, covenant, credit outcome, investor interest, valuation, tax result, or business performance. Lenders, investors, agencies, and other third parties apply independent criteria, may request more information, may change terms, and may decline for reasons outside our control.
4. Projections, examples, testimonials, and calculators
Projections, scenarios, examples, illustrations, testimonials, and calculator outputs are not promises and may rely on assumptions that do not occur. Where used, we identify assumptions, source dates, ranges, fees, and whether a result is typical. Endorsements reflect genuine experience, disclose material connections, and do not convey an unsubstantiated performance claim.
5. Credit and financial profile
Submitting information or following organizational suggestions does not guarantee credit improvement or lender treatment. Do not dispute accurate credit information, create false tradelines, manipulate records, misstate ownership or revenue, or submit a misleading financial narrative. You are responsible for accurate applications and for complying with lender and agency requirements.
6. Independent diligence
Before borrowing, investing, issuing securities, restructuring, taking a tax position, or making a material financial decision, review the transaction with qualified legal, tax, accounting, and financial professionals. Consider total cost, collateral, guarantees, covenants, dilution, default, tax consequences, liquidity, suitability, conflicts, and alternatives. Verify every third-party representation directly.
7. Lenders and referral parties
A lender or capital source is independent unless a verified written agreement says otherwise. An introduction does not mean the third party endorses D.O.X Capital or that D.O.X Capital can bind it. We disclose any referral fee, revenue share, lead fee, or other material conflict before you rely on the recommendation. We do not call a relationship a "partner" where that would imply an inaccurate affiliation.
8. Tax and accounting
Entity formation or restructuring can have legal and tax consequences that vary by jurisdiction and facts. D.O.X Capital does not guarantee tax savings, deductibility, liability protection, filing status, audit treatment, or compliance. General discussions do not replace advice from a qualified tax professional or accountant who reviews complete records.
9. Securities and investment information
No content should be used as a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or value a security or as personalized investment advice. Past performance is not a guarantee, and forward-looking statements are uncertain.
10. No fiduciary or custody relationship
Unless an applicable signed and lawful engagement expressly provides otherwise, D.O.X Capital does not undertake a fiduciary duty, manage an account, hold client funds, or accept authority to transact. Payment for consulting is not an investment deposit and is processed only through the disclosed merchant.
11. Membership and nonwaivable law
D.O.X Capital's description of a membership arrangement does not create a general exemption from consumer-protection, privacy, accessibility, licensing, tax, advertising, anti-discrimination, criminal, or other applicable law. Nothing in this document excludes, restricts, or modifies a right or remedy that applicable law does not permit the parties to modify.
