Copyright, Trademark & Intellectual Property Notice

This Notice applies to original site content, consulting materials, user submissions, third-party materials, and marks.

1. Ownership

Except for user materials and third-party content, original website text, layout, graphics, workflows, compilations, templates, training materials, and deliverables are owned by or licensed to D.O.X Capital and protected by applicable intellectual-property law. A copyright notice does not claim ownership of public-domain facts, law, third-party works, or material we do not own.

2. Trademarks

"D.O.X Capital" and the D.O.X Capital logo and related marks are trademarks of D.O.X Capital. We use the registered symbol only for a mark and jurisdiction supported by an actual registration. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners; reference to them is nominative or descriptive and does not imply affiliation or endorsement unless a verified agreement states otherwise.

3. Limited license

Subject to the Terms, you receive a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to access the site and use purchased deliverables for the lawful internal or personal purpose stated in your order. No right to resell, sublicense, publish, train a competing model, remove attribution, create a misleading derivative, or extract a database is granted unless expressly written.

4. Prohibited use

Do not copy, distribute, publicly display, republish, scrape, reverse engineer, remove notices, bypass controls, or create derivative commercial materials beyond applicable law or a written license. This restriction does not prohibit fair use, lawful criticism, accessibility adaptation, or another right that cannot be waived.

5. User materials

You retain rights you lawfully possess in submitted material. You grant us and our processors a limited license to host, copy, convert, transmit, analyze, and use it only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, support, document, and enforce the requested service; comply with law; and resolve disputes. You represent that you have the authority needed for that use.

6. Feedback

If you voluntarily provide product feedback, you grant D.O.X Capital a nonexclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use and incorporate it without identifying you or disclosing confidential material. Do not submit third-party confidential information as feedback. This clause does not transfer ownership of a separately commissioned deliverable.

7. Third-party content and data

Third-party sources, datasets, marks, and materials remain subject to their owners' rights and license terms. A service deliverable does not transfer a license in an underlying proprietary database. You must follow source restrictions and independently obtain rights for republication or commercial use.

8. Links and framing

Ordinary links to public pages are permitted if they are lawful and do not imply endorsement. Do not frame the site, obscure source identity, or use marks in a way likely to confuse. We may request removal of a misleading link, subject to applicable law.

9. Reporting infringement

Send a good-faith notice to admin@thedoxs.com identifying the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing material and its location, your contact information, a good-faith statement, a statement of accuracy and authority, and your signature. We may request clarification and may forward the notice to the affected user. Knowingly material misrepresentations may create liability.

10. Enforcement and mistakes

We may remove or restrict material, preserve evidence, contact the uploader, or seek relief where reasonably necessary. Removal is not an admission and may be reversed after a valid counter-notice or review. We will not use this policy to suppress lawful criticism or competition.
