Membership Agreement
Effective June 2026
This Agreement governs an application for membership in the D.O.X Capital membership program (the "Association"), operated by D.O.X Capital. A visitor, lead, account holder, or purchaser is not automatically a member.
1. Association and operator
This Agreement governs membership in the D.O.X Capital membership program, operated under the D.O.X Capital brand. The program's purpose is to provide members with access to capital-structuring education, advisory consultations, the member portal, and introductions to independent funding partners. Governance materials, where they exist, are available from D.O.X Capital on request.
2. No immunity or unlawful waiver
D.O.X Capital's description of a membership arrangement does not create a general exemption from consumer-protection, privacy, accessibility, licensing, tax, advertising, anti-discrimination, criminal, or other applicable law. No provision in this document waives a right or duty that applicable law does not permit the parties to waive.
Membership is a contractual relationship. It does not convert public commercial conduct into exempt private conduct, immunize unlicensed activity, or authorize fraud, discrimination, unlawful data processing, tax evasion, or other prohibited conduct.
3. Application and admission
An applicant must satisfy D.O.X Capital's eligibility criteria, complete the application and approval process (including identity and eligibility review), accept this Agreement separately from the general Terms, pay any fee disclosed before enrollment, and receive written admission. D.O.X Capital applies lawful, genuine, and consistently administered admission standards and will not represent that admission occurred merely because an account was created or payment was taken.
4. Eligibility and authority
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age, legally capable of contracting, and provide accurate information. A representative applying for an organization must have authority. D.O.X Capital may request verification reasonably related to the criteria and may deny an application for failure to satisfy them, fraud, security risk, or unlawful purpose, subject to applicable anti-discrimination and consumer law.
5. Membership term, fees, and benefits
The membership term and any fees are as stated at enrollment. Benefits are limited to those described at enrollment — such as access to the member portal, advisory consultations, and eligible introductions — and may be subject to capacity, scheduling, separate service fees, or order terms disclosed before enrollment. No benefit includes a guaranteed financing result, government recognition, legal protection, confidential privilege, or licensed professional service.
6. Renewal and cancellation
Membership renews only where recurring billing is enabled, the renewal terms are displayed before billing, and the member separately consents under the Subscription & Automatic Renewal Terms; otherwise it expires at the end of its stated term. To cancel, email admin@thedoxs.com. Cancellation affects future renewal and does not automatically refund completed or already-provided benefits.
7. Member conduct
Members must act lawfully, protect credentials, respect other persons' rights and privacy, submit only authorized materials, comply with reasonable security and community rules, and avoid harassment, fraud, impersonation, unlawful solicitation, misrepresentation of membership status, or use of program materials to mislead a lender, regulator, court, or consumer.
8. Confidentiality and member information
A member must not disclose another member's nonpublic information or genuinely confidential program material obtained through membership, except with authorization or as law permits. This obligation does not prohibit lawful reporting to regulators, law enforcement, counsel, or protected whistleblowing, or discussion of one's own experience. D.O.X Capital's handling of member data is governed by the Privacy Policy.
9. Services and professional boundaries
Membership may provide access to consultations or purchasing opportunities, but each service has a defined scope and may require a separate order. Membership does not create an attorney-client, fiduciary, investment-adviser, broker-client, lender-borrower, tax-adviser, credit-repair, or accounting relationship. No disclaimer permits D.O.X Capital to perform activity requiring a license it does not possess.
10. Third parties and referrals
Any lender, referral source, professional, vendor, or other third party is independent unless a written agreement says otherwise. Any referral compensation is disclosed where material. D.O.X Capital does not control third-party eligibility, underwriting, pricing, availability, or decisions and does not guarantee an introduction or outcome.
11. Ownership and permitted use
Membership does not transfer ownership of the website, D.O.X Capital marks, original resources, third-party data, or other intellectual property. A member receives a limited right to use member resources for the lawful internal or personal purpose stated with the resource. Member-created material remains subject to the Terms and any separate contribution license.
12. Suspension, termination, and appeal
D.O.X Capital may suspend or terminate membership for material breach, fraud, nonpayment, unlawful conduct, harassment, security risk, or a threat to others. Except where immediate action is reasonably necessary, it will give notice and an opportunity to cure a curable breach. A member may request review by emailing admin@thedoxs.com. Records may be retained for lawful dispute, security, refund, or legal-hold purposes.
13. Governance and changes
Material changes to fees, renewal, core benefits, dispute terms, or member obligations apply prospectively with notice and fresh assent where required. A website posting alone will not be treated as assent when law requires more.
14. Disputes and governing documents
The Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, any applicable Subscription Terms, and any service-specific order are incorporated. This Agreement controls a direct conflict about membership-specific duties, subject to nonwaivable law. Governing law and venue are the state of D.O.X Capital's principal place of business, as confirmed in your written engagement agreement.
15. Membership acceptance
At enrollment you confirm: "I apply for membership in the D.O.X Capital membership program, agree to this Membership Agreement, and understand that membership does not create legal immunity or guarantee any service or result." D.O.X Capital stores the exact text, version, timestamp, applicant, admission decision, fee, and confirmation.
