Non-Affiliation & Data Source Disclosure
Effective June 2026
This Disclosure explains how D.O.X Capital ("D.O.X Capital," "we," "us," or "our") refers to independent third parties and external information in connection with https://www.thedoxs.com, related pages that link to this Disclosure, and services or deliverables that expressly incorporate it. It helps users distinguish D.O.X Capital's own identity, statements, and services from those of others.
1. Purpose and scope
This Disclosure supplements, and does not replace, the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Intellectual Property Notice, any service-specific agreement, or any disclosure shown at the point of an introduction, referral, comparison, data display, or purchase. If a service-specific document accurately describes a verified relationship or data license in greater detail, that description controls for that service to the extent of a conflict. No document should be read to create a relationship or right that the parties have not actually established in a written agreement.
2. D.O.X Capital's identity
D.O.X Capital is an advisory and document-packaging brand. Unless a page or written service agreement expressly and accurately states otherwise, D.O.X Capital is not the third party whose name, product, service, mark, link, content, or data may appear through the Services. Users should look to the applicable third party's own terms, privacy notice, disclosures, and communications. Nothing in any membership description establishes an affiliation with a government, regulator, lender, financial institution, professional association, data owner, or other third party.
3. No implied affiliation, endorsement, sponsorship, or approval
Unless D.O.X Capital makes a clear, specific statement based on a verified and current written relationship, a reference to a third party does not mean that:
- the third party owns, controls, sponsors, endorses, certifies, licenses, supervises, approves, or is affiliated with D.O.X Capital;
- D.O.X Capital owns, controls, sponsors, endorses, certifies, supervises, or approves the third party;
- either party is the employee, agent, partner, joint venturer, fiduciary, franchisee, representative, or exclusive provider of the other;
- the third party has reviewed or approved D.O.X Capital's statements, methods, results, website, or deliverables;
- D.O.X Capital is authorized to speak for the third party or bind it; or
- the third party will offer, approve, price, fund, insure, underwrite, purchase, or otherwise provide any product, service, or transaction to a user.
A commercial relationship, technology integration, referral arrangement, subscription, ordinary vendor relationship, or permission to display specified materials is not broader approval of D.O.X Capital or its Services.
4. Third-party names, logos, marks, products, and links
Third-party names, trade names, logos, product names, service names, domain names, and other marks belong to their respective owners. D.O.X Capital may refer to them solely for truthful identification, description, comparison, interoperability, attribution, commentary, or direction to an external resource, as permitted by applicable law. Their appearance does not transfer ownership to D.O.X Capital or grant a user permission to use them.
Links to external websites are provided for convenience or context. D.O.X Capital does not control an external site merely by linking to it and is not responsible for the site's availability, content, security, accessibility, privacy practices, or later changes. A link is not a recommendation unless it is clearly labeled as one and any material connection is disclosed.
5. Data sources and permission basis
Information presented through the Services may come from sources such as information supplied by a user or the user's authorized representative; government or other public records; information made publicly available by its publisher; D.O.X Capital's own records and observations; licensed datasets; independent service providers; or counterparties involved in a user-requested transaction. "Publicly available" does not necessarily mean free of copyright, privacy, confidentiality, contractual, database, publicity, or reuse restrictions.
6. Source-specific restraint
D.O.X Capital does not characterize information as "official," "authorized," "certified," "verified," "proprietary," "licensed," "real time," "complete," or "exclusive" unless the characterization is supported for that exact information, use, and date. D.O.X Capital makes no representation that it uses, licenses, distributes, is affiliated with, or is authorized to provide CUSIP, QSIP, or any similarly named or branded identifier data.
7. Independent lenders, capital providers, and vendors
Any lender, bank, credit union, capital provider, broker, marketplace, referral recipient, professional, payment provider, technology provider, or other vendor identified through the Services is an independent third party unless a verified written agreement expressly provides otherwise. Its products, eligibility rules, underwriting standards, prices, fees, disclosures, timelines, availability, and decisions are its own. D.O.X Capital acts as an advisory and document-packaging firm and is not a lender, bank, broker-dealer, or registered investment adviser; it does not control and does not promise a third party's approval, funding decision, amount, rate, term, credit determination, service quality, or timing. Any referral compensation is disclosed where material and at the point where it can affect a user's decision.
A user's decision to contact or transact with a referred party is voluntary. The third party may reject a request, apply its own criteria, require additional information, conduct checks, or change or withdraw an offer. Users should review the third party's final documents and direct questions about its product or decision to that third party.
8. Accuracy, currency, and source limitations
D.O.X Capital seeks to present external information usefully, but information can be delayed, incomplete, inconsistent, incorrectly matched, reformatted, summarized, estimated, or changed at the source without notice. Dates labeled "as of," "updated," or "retrieved" refer only to the stated event. Unless a display expressly states and substantiates otherwise, information is not real-time. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, third-party information is made available without a promise that it is accurate, complete, timely, available, authentic, fit for a particular purpose, or free from third-party rights. This limitation does not disclaim obligations that cannot lawfully be disclaimed.
9. User verification and responsible reliance
Users are responsible for reviewing information in context and checking material facts with the original source, an authorized representative of the relevant third party, and an appropriately qualified professional before acting. Users should not treat a summary, comparison, preliminary result, introduction, data display, or automated output as a final offer, approval, legal conclusion, title report, credit report, valuation, professional opinion, or guarantee of an outcome unless it is expressly identified as such and lawfully provided. Nothing in this Disclosure restricts a user's nonwaivable right to challenge information, seek a correction, or make a legally protected report.
10. No transfer of data or intellectual-property licenses
Access to information through the Services does not sell, assign, or transfer to a user any ownership interest or broader license in the underlying data, compilation, database, source material, mark, or methodology. Without permission from the applicable rights holder, a user may not scrape, harvest, systematically download, create a substitute database from, sell, sublicense, publish, redistribute, disclose, reverse engineer, remove attribution from, or use the information to train or evaluate an artificial-intelligence model where that activity would violate law, contract, technical restrictions, or third-party rights.
11. Attribution and corrections
Source credits, copyright notices, legends, timestamps, links, disclaimers, and other attributions shown with information form part of the disclosure and must not be obscured or removed. Requests to correct D.O.X Capital's presentation of external information may be sent using the contact information below; we may need to confirm the requester's identity, authority, and supporting evidence, and where the claimed error originates with a third party we may direct the requester to that source.
12. Changes and relationship to other rights
D.O.X Capital may revise this Disclosure when its Services, sources, relationships, or legal obligations change. Nothing in this Disclosure expands D.O.X Capital's rights in third-party information, limits a rights holder's ownership, authorizes an unlawful use, or waives rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.
