Subscription & Automatic Renewal Terms

Effective June 2026

These Terms apply where D.O.X Capital offers a plan, membership, or service package that automatically renews. If you are not enrolled in a recurring plan, these Terms do not apply to you.

1. Separate recurring-billing agreement

These Terms supplement the Terms of Service for a plan that automatically renews. Before obtaining billing information, D.O.X Capital clearly displays the recurring price, currency, cadence, initial term, renewal term, any trial or promotional period, conversion price, renewal date or the method for determining it, cancellation deadline and method, material refund terms, and any price-change process. Acceptance of the general Terms alone is not recurring-billing consent.

2. Plan terms

The plan, price, and billing cadence are those shown on the pricing page and at checkout before you enroll, and they match the receipt, your account page, and the processor configuration. Benefits are those described for the plan you select.

3. Express informed consent

Enrollment requires a separate affirmative control adjacent to the material terms authorizing D.O.X Capital to charge the displayed amount on the displayed cadence beginning on the displayed date until you cancel, and confirming that you understand the cancellation method and deadline and agree to these Terms. D.O.X Capital preserves the exact notice, version, terms, timestamp, and affirmative action.

4. Renewal authorization

Subject to applicable law, you authorize the merchant of record to charge the payment method on file at each renewal until cancellation becomes effective. Authorization covers only the amount and cadence disclosed or a validly accepted change. We will not use a card updater or retry process in a way that contradicts a cancellation, applicable law, or processor rules.

5. Trials and promotions

Where a trial or promotion is offered, we disclose before enrollment the trial length, any amount charged now, the conversion date, the post-trial price and cadence, eligibility restrictions, the cancellation deadline, and whether unused time expires. We do not describe a trial as "free" if a charge or unavoidable cost applies, and we obtain fresh consent if a material conversion term changes.

6. Renewal notices

Renewal reminders and confirmations follow the schedule required for your jurisdiction and identify the plan, renewal date, amount or calculation, cancellation deadline, and a direct cancellation route.

7. Simple cancellation

You may cancel by emailing admin@thedoxs.com, and where you enrolled online a practical online cancellation route is provided. Cancellation does not require creating an account for a guest and does not add retention offers, surveys, chat, or phone steps that make cancellation materially harder than enrollment. We record the request time and provide durable confirmation stating the effective date, final charge, remaining access, and any refund.

8. Effect of cancellation

Unless law or the checkout terms say otherwise, cancellation stops future renewals and access continues through the already-paid period. Cancellation does not by itself refund a valid prior charge. If received before the disclosed deadline, it prevents the next charge. A system outage will not erase a timely attempt; contact admin@thedoxs.com and we will honor the timestamp.

9. Price or plan changes

We give legally sufficient advance notice of a price, cadence, renewal-term, cancellation, or material benefit change. If law or the original agreement requires fresh consent, the change will not take effect without it. A refusal may result in expiration at the end of the paid term, with an export or transition path where applicable. We will not rely solely on silent website edits for a material change.

10. Payment failure

If a charge fails, we may provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to update the payment method, and we may suspend future access after any disclosed grace period. We will not represent repeated retries as new consent or charge after effective cancellation. Any reinstatement that changes price or cadence requires clear disclosure and authorization.

11. Refunds and disputes

Refunds are governed by the Refund, Cancellation & Fulfillment Policy and nonwaivable law. Report duplicate, unauthorized, or incorrectly timed charges to admin@thedoxs.com. Contacting us is not a waiver of payment-card, electronic-transfer, regulator, or court remedies.

12. Legal posture

Covered online negative-option transactions satisfy the Restore Online Shoppers' Confidence Act: we disclose material terms before billing information, obtain express informed consent before charging, and provide a simple cancellation mechanism. State laws may impose stricter disclosures, acknowledgments, reminders, retention, and cancellation requirements, which we configure by customer jurisdiction.

13. Records and evidence

We retain, under the lawful retention schedule, the versioned checkout, material-terms snapshot, consent event, order, receipt, reminders, changes, charges, cancellation attempts, confirmation, refund, and complaints.

14. Nonwaivable rights

Nothing in this document excludes, restricts, or modifies a right or remedy that applicable law does not permit the parties to modify. If a jurisdiction grants a cancellation, reminder, refund, renewal, or enforcement right more protective than these Terms, that rule controls.
